Cyprus, February 6, 2024 – Cypriot composer and performer Larkos Larkou has introduced the first song from the upcoming album “Kyprogenia,” titled “Dratzena”, means the female dragon. The song showcases the artist’s distinctive musical character (world fusion), blending traditional instruments with contemporary sounds.
“Dratzena” represents a dynamic feminine presence, a symbol of redemption and renewal in a world facing social challenges and problems. Inspired by the 50th anniversary of the Turkish invasion of Cyprus and the Chinese “Year of the Dragon” in 2024, the song expresses the need for positive change and addressing challenges.
