Το Ethical Dilemma είναι το αποτέλεσμα της συνεργασίας του τραγουδιστή των Terra 1nc0gnita, Billy Vass, και του πολύ-οργανίστα /μουσικού /παραγωγού, Bob Katsionis. Η ιδέα που ξεκίνησε αρχικά ως σόλο άλμπουμ για τον Vass, κατέληξε σε ένα progressive metal άλμπουμ, που δεν θα μπορούσε να κυκλοφορήσει δίχως να φέρει και το όνομα του καταξιωμένου Bob Katsionis. Έχοντας αυτό κατά νου, οι 2 συνεργάτες ένωσαν την αγάπη τους για την progressive metal μουσική, ο καθένας από τη δική του ξεχωριστή οπτική στη σύνθεση, και το αποτέλεσμα είναι ένα ταξίδι 8 τραγουδιών σε βάθος στις αλλαγές χρόνου, συνοδευόμενο από δυνατές κιθάρες, αρμονικά πλήκτρα και το μοναδικό φωνητικό εύρος φωνής του Billy Vass.
